RETURN POLICY

All our customized products do not support returns, but if you have any after-sales questions, you can contact us at ningspaper@gmail.com

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

  • The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders

  • Items must be in "like new" condition and you may open them, but please be careful not to damage or mark the product.

  • No refunds will be given for items damaged due to shipping issues and any other circumstances beyond our control. The transportation company is liable for transportation negligence and you seek damages from the transportation company. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Due to color differences on computer monitors, returns based on color issues are not accepted, so you must consider that the actual proof print will vary slightly from the color you see on screen. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on our printed color cards, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors may change over time and may not match perfectly. While the colors may not always match exactly, remember we always make sure every order looks great and the colors look great! We carefully check every order before shipping, but if there is an issue with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to resolve it for you!
